Are these evaluation requests you sent to preceptors? We do not have any control over preceptors and they don't always complete the evaluations you request. Incomplete evaluation requests do not count towards your clinical rotation and are deleted after 30 days if your preceptor fails to log in and finish them.

It is strongly suggested that you ask your preceptors to complete checkoffs or evaluations in person, while you are working with them, before sending any request. If you only rely on emailed requests and never speak to the preceptor about them, you will likely experience great difficulty getting any completed. Additionally, many preceptors don't see the email because they may not use their work email often.

If you have trouble with any specific preceptor frequently, please reach out to your clinical director. Best of luck in your rotations and education.
