When I go to reset my password, it tells me that my email address is not showing registered to an account. However, my professor is able to see an active account registered on her side.

Karina,

Your email is not correct in the system. When your account was registered an email ending @my.pima.edu instead of the correct @my.pmi.edu was entered.

I have fixed this in the system and you should now be able to use your account.
