I have location access setting turned on in my webpage browser on my phone but am unable to clock in or out. The Peepity webpage never provided an option to accept or deny geolocation, but I continue to get a message of “user denied request” .

Is there anyway to fix this issue?

This is an issue directly with your phone and privacy settings. Have you tried everything outlined in this help page provided by Apple:

How to manage location services on Apple devices

If you continue to have issues you will need to contact your phone manufacturer for instructions on using your device's geolocation services.

I have followed the steps for turning on my location, unfortunately contacting my phone manufacturer does not seem like an appropriate solution when I only have this problem using the peepity website.. is there an IT department that I can contact? Anyone who can review my account?
