It looks like Denise has two preceptor accounts. You likely sent your skill requests to the account she is not logging into. It is often best to figure out which account the preceptor is using and request that your clinical director remove the duplicate. The easiest way to figure out which account she is using is to have her check the email address in her profile after she has logged in.
