The most common reason that this occurs is when you are trying to use a phone or mobile device and you either have location services disabled or when the browser asks for your location you clicked "deny".

Please make sure to have location services enabled and that you allow the browser to access your current location, or you will be required to use a computer at your clinical site for clocking in and out.
