When this happens please feel free to hit the "remove" button on the user screen in your video. Clicking "remove" won't remove the account completely but it will remove that user from your school site. Incomplete evaluations can then be re-sent to the correct preceptor account. Any evaluations that were completed won't be lost.

Also, when you use the graduate feature on your PEEPity site to graduate students, their student account is automatically converted to a clinician account if the student completes the graduate survey. So, students can keep their accounts and just change the email versus signing up for a whole new account :-)
