You must have an account and have paid the annual fee. Instructions are in the documents above. Your Clinical Director is automatically notified when you have registered an account.

Once you have an account I will assign you to your rotation and upload all of your basic paperwork (BLS Card, immunizations, background check, drug screen, photo, TB test, etc).

However, all of the clinical sites will require additional paperwork from you. These are usually consents, manual agreements, and even an exam. Each site is different. When the clinical director has uploaded your paperwork, they will email you to do your part of the documents.

Directions to the RT Department: Enter the main entrance of the hospital. Take the elevators to the left to the 4th floor. Make a left and then another left and the respiratory therapy department is on the right-hand side. It is near the walkover.

The main entrance of the hospital is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please use the main entrance, unless you are visiting a patient in the emergency department.
